Common questions

Answers for your compliance team.

Who is AuraBac available to?

AuraBac is supplied to licensed clinics, pharmacies, compounding facilities, research institutions, and credentialed practitioners. Account verification is required before the first order.

What is bacteriostatic water used for?

Bacteriostatic water is a sterile diluent used to reconstitute or dilute medications for administration. The 0.9% benzyl alcohol preservative inhibits bacterial growth, allowing multiple withdrawals from a single vial within the labeled in-use period.

Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis?

Yes. Every lot ships with a Certificate of Analysis documenting sterility, endotoxin, and particulate results, along with lot number and expiry for full traceability.

What vial sizes are available?

We stock 30 mL multi-dose vials and 3 mL single-use vials. Custom fill volumes are available for facility-level standing orders.

How are orders shipped?

Product is shipped at controlled ambient temperature with tamper-evident packaging. Standard dispatch is 3–5 business days, with priority options for Practice and Facility tiers.

Do you supply bacteriostatic water in Europe?

Yes. AuraBac supplies bacteriostatic water to clinics, pharmacies, and research facilities across Europe — the EU, EEA, and UK — with ambient, tracked shipping and a Certificate of Analysis on every lot.

Do you offer own-label (private-label) bacteriostatic water?

Yes. We produce own-label bacteriostatic water under your brand with EU-compliant labelling and full batch documentation. See our Own-Label page for formats, MOQs, and lead times.
